Recent overseeding is good for winter but course has been overwatered making for messy going and cart path only. Not crowded and pace of play is good.

River Oaks is a nice course and has very few houses. The price is not bad and the course is kept in OK shape. I play this course because the price is low and I stink so why pay alot of money to play a nicer course. Plus they treat the locals right with their price. The courses that do not give the locals a discount all year long do not deserve my money when it is slow and they have no play on them.
